Team Introduction Lemon8 is a lifestyle information community where users can post image and video contents. Lemon8 offers practical and attractive content from a wide variety of genres such as beauty, fashion, gourmet, travel, and living. Users can find a free, diverse, and life-size lifestyle that matches their interests, or a life longing that is one step ahead of them. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Demonstrate strong content sense with a solid understanding of categories such as beauty, wellness, relationships, lifestyle, finance, and fortune-telling, and drive initiatives to improve content quality. - Independently plan and execute campaigns aimed at increasing user engagement, including boosting posts and comments. - Leverage knowledge of the creator industry to support creator scouting and development. - Handle day-to-day operations such as resource management and content monitoring

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications - Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and Chinese. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Chinese-speaking markets. - Strong awareness of content trends in Japan and familiarity with major social media platforms. - Excellent learning ability and communication skills, with flexibility, multitasking capability, and a strong sense of ownership. - High attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality output. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with content creation using design tools such as Canva is preferred. - Prior experience or internship in the media industry is preferred. - Proven experience successfully managing social media accounts is a plus
