Make things work better. In this role, you'll help optimize global sales processes and support the rollout of digital tools used across Bosch Rexroth. You'll collaborate with teams worldwide and help us drive efficiency through technology.

* Analyze and document sales workflows
* Support CRM (Salesforce) improvement projects
* Help design and test digital tools
* Work with Japanese business teams to share best practices

Qualifications

Upper-Intermediate English required
Upper-Intermediate Japanese preferred
You should...
Be able to stay for a period of 6-12 months.
Be enrolled at a university during the entire internship period.
Be willing to work hybrid, so in office and home office.
Be flexible, willing and motivated to live and work in a different culture.
What we're looking for:
* Structured and analytical mindset
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Interest in process improvement and digitalization
Preferred:
* Familiarity with CRM or workflow tools
* Background in business, IT, or industrial engineering
* Good command of English, able to communicate effectively in an international environment
* Japanese is a big plus
