Internship Overview

The Customer Relations & Technical Support Intern will support the BTB team by assisting with customer communication, service request tracking, and coordination with technical teams. The intern will help improve customer experience through timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and efficient case monitoring while gaining hands-on exposure to customer service and technical support operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle and track customer inquiries, ensuring accurate record maintenance.
* Coordinate with technical teams to monitor the progress of customer cases and service requests.
* Update customer records, service reports, and internal tracking systems.
* Follow up with customers regarding service requests and case updates.
* Support the preparation of customer service reports and maintain proper documentation.
* Assist in monitoring open cases and ensuring timely communication between customers and technical teams.
* Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve customer service processes.

Candidate Requirements

* Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational and time-management abilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
