About the Role
An internship to provide quality and timely administrative support on department operational tasks and process simplification/ automation projects

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Handle and manage documents filing/ records
* Data input for recruitment application data
* Prepare and arrange regular recruitment related document delivery to relevant agency/ departments
* Support in department's process simplification/ automation projects
* Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:
* University students major in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
* Proficient in MS Office
* Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
* Passionate to explore the insurance business
* Good analytical skills and attentive to details
* Good problem solving, organizing as well as interpersonal and communication skills
* A good team player, enthusiastic and pursue for excellence
