Internship - Risk & Control Unit (Contact Centre) January 2026 Intake

Tasks under Risk & Control Unit in Contact Centre
* To handle non-confidential information related checks.
* To perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the new report check.
* To prepare charts and diagram from compliance related data
* To review compliance awareness email or reminder
* Other tasks assigned which is not related to customer information.

Requirement:
* Available to start 3 months internship starting January 2026.
* Preferably student pursuing course of Business Administration or Computer Science.
* Good in Microsoft Excel formula and Powerpoint.
