Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Digitalization Project Support
* Training Analytics Dashboard - User Acceptance Testing support and User Guide Creation support
* COMPAST 2.0 - User Acceptance Testing support and User Guide Creation support
* Competency Central - Feature design implementation, User Acceptance Testing support + User Guide Creation support
* Event planning and coordination for Learning Roadshows (Virtual and On-site)
* Preparation of slide templates
* Communications support - invitations, event posters, door gifts etc.
* Competency Development Project Support

* Administrative Tasks for existing projects
* Competency Assessment Preparation Support
* Update of all Competency Descriptions and Development Measures and iShare Training Catalogue in preparation for Jul'26 competency assessment

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Bachelor of Analytics, Data or related fields
* Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
* Microsoft Office Proficient (Powerpoint, Excel)
* Preferably have a Background or know-how in basic coding, outsystems, database + UI/UX design
* Preferably have a Background or know-how in basic Data Visualisation
* Soft Skills: Communication, problem-solving, competency management
* Personal Traits: Enthusiastic, attention to detail, adaptable (can work with multi-nationals)
