About the Role
As a Business Development Intern at Infobip, you'll get hands-on exposure to the world of SaaS and cloud communications - working directly alongside our sales and business development teams in a fast-paced, global technology environment. This is a role for someone who is curious, ambitious, and ready to learn by doing.

What You'll Do
* Support outbound prospecting and lead generation activities across target markets
* Conduct market research on industries, potential customers, and competitor activity
* Assist in maintaining CRM records and keeping the sales pipeline up to date
* Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business reports
* Support customer outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
* Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineering
* Assist in organizing webinars, events, and marketing campaigns
* Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the team
* Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the business development function

What We're Looking For
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
* Genuine interest in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, cloud communications, or digital transformation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills - in writing and in person
* Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
* Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools is a plus
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
