Industrial Internship for Talent Acquisition Services

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Interview Coordination
* Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
* Send interview invitations and follow-up communication
* Support virtual and onsite interview arrangements
* Document Collection & Processing
* Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents
* Prepare and organize onboarding-related documentation
* Maintain confidentiality and accurate filing of candidate information
* Administrative Support
* Update recruitment trackers and databases
* Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the PS TA team
* Project & Event Support

* Assist in PS TA related projects, process improvements, or HR initiatives
* Support coordination of HR events
* Participate in internal team projects as assigned

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
* Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player
