Our technology starts with you. _________________________________________________ YOUR ROLE You will work in the Quality Department on audit system preparation activities, including gathering and analyzing audit results, comparing them with previous audits, and supporting the team in tracking progress and improvements. Your goal is to help strengthen audit readiness, identify gaps, and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality performance. Main tasks: * Support the preparation of the audit system and related quality documentation * Collect and organize audit results, findings, and action plans * Analyze and compare the current audit results with those from previous audits * Identify recurring gaps, deviations, and improvement opportunities * Assist in following up corrective and preventive actions * Prepare simple reports, summaries, and presentation slides for the Quality team * Contribute to updating internal quality records, tracking tools, and audit follow-up files * Work closely with the Quality Department to support day-to-day audit preparation activities YOUR PROFILE * Student engineer /Master * Interest in quality management, audit preparation, and continuous improvement * Good analytical mindset with attention to detail and rigor * Comfortable with Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting * Ability to organize information clearly and compare results across different audit periods * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a Quality Department * A proactive, motivated, and structured approach to work * English is a plus * _______________________________________________ ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
