This position reports to:Operations Finance Analyst

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: On Site.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.

You will be mainly accountable for:
* Support the finance team in costing processes, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to contribute to informed business decisions.
* Assist in inventory administration, including tracking, reconciliation, and maintaining proper control of stock movements.
* Analyze costs and operational expenses to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for optimization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial information.
* Contribute to the preparation and review of financial reports, helping ensure timely and reliable reporting.
* Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in financial and operational processes.
* Support day-to-day finance activities while gaining exposure to real business and financial scenarios.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
* Active students from last 3 semesters in fields such as Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related areas, with availability from monday to friday - full time.
* Skills in general accounting, reporting software's, Microsoft Office Suit and Power BI Analysis.
* Advanced English Level - ability to communicate comfortably in day-to-day work.
* Effective communication, proactive, team work, analytical thinking, problem-solving & results oriented.
