A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Trainee at Siemens Energy, your day-to-day combines hands-on learning with meaningful contributions to the business: you'll start by aligning priorities with your leader and team, follow up on tasks within ongoing projects, analyze information, and prepare short reports or presentations to support decision-making. You'll join coordination meetings, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and suggest improvements to processes, tools, or ways of working. With close guidance, you'll gradually take on bigger challenges while bringing development, innovation, and fresh ideas that strengthen efficiency, collaboration, and the quality of our deliverables.

How You'll Make an Impact

* Support ongoing projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and helping deliver high-quality outputs on time.
* Analyze data and create clear, concise reports or presentations that enable informed decisions for your team and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to understand requirements, align priorities, and contribute to shared deliverables.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or ways of working-bringing fresh ideas, innovation, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
* Take ownership of learning and deliverables by communicating proactively, asking the right questions, and growing your technical and professional skills through feedback and coaching.

* What You Bring
* Education: Bachelor's degree, graduated within the last 1.5 years
* Analytical mindset: Ability to structure problems, analyze data, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
* Digital skills: AI Mindset, Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint) and Teams; knowledge of basic data tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Python) is a plus.
* Collaboration & communication: Strong teamwork, stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate clearly in a multicultural environment.
* Language: Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
* Maximum of 2 years of working experience.
