Your profile -

* Academic training: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Electrical Engineering is a plus).
* Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems. Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI are a plus.
* Languages: Advanced English required (supporting operations team in USA).
* Skills/Competences: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, proactiveness, curiosity, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
* Professional experience: Participation in extracurricular activities, academic projects, or internships related to operations, procurement, or administrative areas is considered a differential.
Your Responsabilities

* Manage the RFQ (Request for Quotation) inbox, ensuring proper review, prioritization, and assignment of incoming requests.
* Coordinate the end-to-end purchase order (PO) process, from receipt to handover and tracking.
* Ensure accurate alignment between purchase orders and their corresponding projects.
* Monitor and maintain key performance metrics, including RFQ volume, response times, and backlog.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of operational tasks.
* Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and standardization.
