Planning (Intern)

Purpose of the Job

* To support planning, reporting, and database management for dashboards.

Position in the Organisation

Organisation Reporting

* The position reports hierarchically to the "Planning & Reporting Manager".

Network & Links

The "Planning Intern" will liaise with the following areas:

* Systems, Signaling, Partner.

Responsibilities

1.- Elaboration of data bases for work follow up.

2.- Support for progress follow-up

3.- Support in the elaboration of reports

4.- Support in the entry of progress in the planning tools.

5.- Support in the follow-up and generation of the main KPIs of the project.

6.- Support in the monthly update of the project planning.

7.- Support in the elaboration of project S-curves.

Job Specifications

Knowledge & Experience

* Student 8th or 9th semester from engineering school in Industrial/Manufacturing/Transport/Projects/Civil.

* Good knowledge of project management and communication protocols.

* Autonomy, motivated, initiative

* Basic level of English language.
