Mission

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated People & Organization Trainee to join our HR team for a 6-month assignment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to elevating our People & Organization department, driving initiatives that strengthen culture, efficiency, and employee experience.
What You'll Do:
* Support the design and implementation of HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.
* Collaborate with HR leaders on talent development, engagement, and performance initiatives.
* Contribute to process improvements and digitalization efforts within HR.
* Assist in benchmarking and analyzing global HR practices to inspire innovation.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company values and goals.

Profil

What We're Looking For:
* Recent graduate or early-career professional in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
* Passion for people, culture, and organizational development.
* Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
