You will part of the Global Cycles and Procurement Ingredients team, and will support the global buyer with day-to-day business, within the category of Biotech Ingredients. We offer you a great opportunity to join one of the essential resources of Danone that is driving taste, texture, and product superiority, to collaborate in a multicultural environment and to be a key part of the implementation of sourcing strategies.
You will be fully involved and have real responsibilities within business processes, supplier performance's evaluation, tracking implementation of corporate contracts, and generating and supporting productivity and optimization projects.
Your main tasks:
* Work on 2 or 3 projects from the Innovation, Productivity and Sourcing resilience program
* Support the business in achieving cost savings through leading productivity projects.
* Track and communicate the results to the stakeholders (Global & Regional procurement, operations, quality, R&D and senior management)
* Support the category buyer with spend data gathering and analysis for financial budget
in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or another related field. You are highly motivated and proactive. You have strong communication skills and like being in touch with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally. You are a self-starter, curious, and you are not afraid to share your opinion or ask questions when needed. You have proficient knowledge of Excel that can be used for efficient data analysis, and analytical skills to transform data into useful insights. Also, you are eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment that continuously challenges you.
Key requirements:
* Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
* Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
* For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
* Available to start in August/September 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
* Fluent in [XXX] (spoken and written); proficiency in [XXX] is a plus.
