Tesla is looking to hire an aspiring Data Analyst to support our business in EMEA. As part of the Business Analytics team, you'll contribute to building reports that measure key performance indicators for Tesla's Sales & Delivery teams while gaining hands-on experience in data and analytics. You'll provide proactive analyses under supervision, helping to drive business programs and informed decisions. This internship offers the opportunity to develop skills, act as a junior advisor, and learn how we enhance productivity through data-driven insights.

What You'll Do

* Assist in developing and implementing detailed reports for the management team, providing visibility into performance against key business objectives.
* Help manipulate and interpret datasets to deliver actionable insights, with guidance from the team.
* Learn to develop tools to promote productivity and efficiency utilizing Tableau, SQL, Python, and Tesla in-house tools.
* Contribute to designing intuitive visualisations to communicate key insights.
* Communicate with sales & delivery operations managers to identify areas for improvement, while building presentation skills.
* Build and manage datasources in SQL to support data analysis and reporting for our EMEA business, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility under team guidance.

What You'll Bring

* Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly and work independently on assigned tasks.
* Eagerness to deliver under deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic experience or familiarity with Tableau (or similar tools like PowerBI), SQL, and Microsoft Excel. Interest in Python is a plus.
* Strong quantitative skills and an understanding of basic statistical methods, with a passion for data-driven decision making.
* Good written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to present findings.
