Are you looking for a Dutch and English spoken internship starting in February 2026 at an international company where you can develop hands-on marketing experience, create engaging CRM content, and learn how to shape the customer journey? What will you do?
As a CRM Intern, you'll support our CRM team in developing and executing multi-channel communication campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and loyalty. You'll gain hands-on experience in creating content and learning how to build a personalized customer experience - helping us reach people in meaningful, data-driven ways.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the CRM team in the creation and optimization of content for campaigns (emails, letters, and other communication materials);
* Assisting in the planning and execution of CRM campaigns that guide customers through different stages of their journey;
* Supporting stores by managing and following up on CRM-related tickets and inquiries;
* Listening to customer calls at the call center to better understand customer needs, experiences, and expectations;
* Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, digital, and retail to ensure consistent communication across all channels;
* Participating in day-to-day CRM activities and learning about customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.

Are you...
* A HBO (bachelor's level) student in marketing, design, or a related field;
* Looking for a hands-on internship of at least 32 hours per week for a minimum of 4 months;
* Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and English (C1/C2 level);
* Interested in CRM, customer engagement, and content creation;
* Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn about how to build effective customer journeys;
