* Assist in designing solutions that address customers' technical and business requirements
* Help configure and customize Infobip solutions based on customer needs
* Contribute to internal customer service and support initiatives, including documentation and follow-up activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and operational tasks
What makes you a strong fit
* Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate seeking an academic internship or on-the-job training opportunity
* Educational background in engineering, technology, or a related field
* Interested in building a career that combines technical knowledge with business understanding
* Clear and professional English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Curious, customer-focused, and motivated to solve problems in a collaborative environment
* Able to work on-site at least three days per week
Why you'll love it here
* Paid internship program with real responsibilities and hands-on learning.
* Opportunity to receive a full-time job offer after the apprenticeship, based on performance and business needs.
* Exposure to impactful projects with global customers and teams.
* Continuous learning through practical work, mentorship, and regular feedback.
* Access to additional Infobip benefits upon joining full-time, including competitive compensation, allowances, team activities, and a supportive work environment.
While some benefits may vary by location, our goal remains the same: to support your growth, well-being, and success - wherever you are.
