This Position reports to:IS Service Owner

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Acceleration & Modernization Analyst Intern to support reporting, process improvement, and automation initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, operational excellence, and digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities
* Support team reporting activities and preparation of community insights and metrics
* Assist in the coordination and execution of team events and operational activities
* Support the identification and implementation of process improvements
* Develop, maintain, and enhance process automations using Microsoft Power Platform solutions
* Create reports, dashboards, and analyses using Excel and Power BI
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support acceleration and modernization initiatives

Requirements
* Active student status in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps
* Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, C#, Java, or similar)
* Interest in automation, process optimization, and digital transformation
* Good English communication skills
