Our focus is to boost employee engagement and agility by delivering and supporting the digital tools for the right persona with the adoption and training activities enabling the best digital collaboration between our almost 400 offices in 128 countries.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Intern to join our Digital Collaboration team. As an Intern, you will work with a team of professionals to support digital collaboration initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will gain a passion for technology and digital transformation, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. Our IT Intern program is a great chance to learn how IT support in the maritime industry looks like in one of the worldwide leading shipping companies.
During the internship, you will:
* Work in an international team with worldwide contacts
* Gain experience in M365 solutions and tools
* Learn about the different areas associated with the digital workplace.

* Support the Digital Collaboration team in ongoing projects and daily responsibilities
* Assistance in leading the internal community supporting a hybrid way of working
* Co-facilitation of workshops and other sessions carried out by team members
* Support end-users with content creation on an intranet
* Continues research on M365 tools portfolio and future ways of working
* Participate in testing and troubleshooting activities related to digital collaboration tools
* Support the development and implementation of training programs and materials to help end-users effectively use digital collaboration tools
* Assist with monitoring and reporting on digital collaboration tool usage and adoption metrics

Profil requis du candidat:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good command of English (written and spoken)
* Interested in new technologies and cloud solutions
* Eager to learn more about the Microsoft tools
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Wish to start their career in IT
* Availability Minimum 0,5 FTE (20h/week)
