DELMIA Apriso User Request Engineer Intern

Begin your tech journey and gain real-world experience as an User Request Engineer Intern in our DELMIA Apriso Support Team at Dassault Systemes in Krakow!
In this role, you will support the team in maintaining internal tools, managing licenses and improving processes that keep our systems running smoothly. It is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international tech environment and develop both technical and soft skills.
Availability of at least 20 hours per week is required.
Responsibilities
* Support daily activities of the DELMIA Apriso Support team
* Manage incoming Service Reports: categorize, prioritize and distribute them
* Create and maintain internal tools
* Handle software and license distribution orders
* Reproduce, validate and test reported case scenarios
* Participate in management activities of virtual environments
* Prepare reports, statistics, and training materials
* Contribute to process improvement projects and participate in team meetings
* Provide responsive support for business areas
Qualifications
* Experience with virtual environments and OS management
* Basic knowledge of .NET, C, Java, HTML, CSS, and SQL
* Strong MS Office (Excel) skills
* Native-level fluency in Polish and proficiency in English
* Great communication and problem-solving skills
* Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field (or relevant experience)
* Proactive, self-driven and comfortable working both independently and in a team
