Location: Poland, Kraków (hybrid)
Date: 1.07.2026 - 30.09.2026

* Support development and improvement of AI/ML-based tooling designed to automate and simplify engineers' daily work in SCRUM teams
* Work in close collaboration with local Product Owners and engineering teams
* Operate in a SCRUM environment, contributing to solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery of agile teams
* Create Python scripts to automate data processing, reporting, and integrations with project management tooling
* Work with AI/ML tools, including prompt engineering, to improve usability and effectiveness of internal solutions
* Help document workflows, tooling usage, and best practices

Profil requis du candidat:

Must-have:
* Active student status
* Good English, both spoken and written
* Willingness to work full-time during the summertime onsite in Kraków
* Python knowledge for scripting and automation
* Understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts and tools
* Interest in prompt engineering and working with AI-assisted solutions
* Understanding of SCRUM methodology and agile ways of working (required, as the project focuses on automating work in SCRUM teams)
* Good English and Polish, both spoken and written

Nice-to-Have:
* Familiarity with Jira or similar agile project management tools, as the automated target of the solution
* Previous exposure to AI/ML projects, automation, or data processing
* Interest in improving productivity and developer experience through tooling and automation
