Your Tasks

* Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis (sell-out, pricing, competitive activities etc) as an input for Category analysis & planning
* Coordinate small POSM production according to the plan (PO creation, budget tracking, design update).
* Own Promo SKUs administration (VAS tool development, Product passport creation, quantities accumulation and necessary follow-ups with involved functions)
* Other tasks related to the daily work of the team

Your Profile

* Strong analytical skills and project management are top priorities
* Curiosity and challenging mindset, attention to detail, ability to work under time pressure, initiative, responsible attitude
* Previous experience in business analysis and/or project management is a plus
* Confident user of MS Оffice (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word). Advanced Excel user. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
* Fluent English is a must
* Availability of at least 30 hours per week
* Ability to work in a hybrid mode from our Beiersdorf Campus located in Warsaw
