This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in Process Excellence with our Global Business Services team in Wroclaw, Poland. As a Process Excellence Intern, you will support meaningful continuous improvement initiatives, helping teams work smarter, share success and build a culture of innovation across our GBS centres.

What will you be doing?
You will be part of a team that brings structure, energy and momentum to continuous improvement. Working closely with the PEX Senior Manager and wider team, you will help coordinate key programmes, prepare engaging materials and support activities that make process excellence visible, practical and impactful.

You will support initiatives such as CI Champions, Success Stories, Teams Huddle structures and Practical Problem Solving certification. You will also help coordinate training invitations, maintain the PEX SharePoint site, update the PEX Tool with accurate improvement data and support communications across Teams channels and Engage. From PEX Days to Tiered Accountability audits, you will gain hands on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement in a global organisation.

What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role will come from being curious, organised and ready to learn. You will enjoy working with others, bringing structure to tasks and communicating clearly so that projects, events and improvement activities run smoothly.

* You are currently studying Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering or a related field
* You have basic Lean knowledge, including an understanding of methodology and tools
* You bring strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
* You communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal, and enjoy working collaboratively with others

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 35 PLN gross an hour.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.

Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
