BI & Reporting Intern

Overview

We are looking for a motivated BI & Reporting Intern with a data science background to support our automation and reporting agenda across European markets (Spain, Italy, and beyond).
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics, contributing to scalable solutions that enhance reporting efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support ongoing Power BI and automation initiatives, and contribute to improving existing reporting processes through data science techniques and digital tools.

Responsibilities

* Support the automation of reporting processes, helping replace manual workflows with scalable, data-driven solutions
* Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources
* Assist in building and enhancing Power BI dashboards and data models to improve visibility and usability of insights

Qualifications

Education

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
* Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field

Technical Skills

* Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical concepts
* Familiarity with at least one programming/query language
* Knowledge of Excel and Power BI or other visualization tools
* Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, or databases is a strong advantage

Analytical & Soft Skills

* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns
* Good communication skills, able to translate data into insights for business users
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic, multi-market environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

* Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, VBA, Python scripting)
* Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts
* Experience with data visualization storytelling
* Spanish or Italian language is a plus (given market scope)
