This Position reports to:HR Operations Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for supporting PY/C&B team in administrative tasks, including:
* archiving documents,
* coordinating incoming and outgoing mail,
* dispatching tickets in AskHR,
* entering payroll data to SAP,
* coordinating the dispatch of documents to an external archive

Qualifications for the role:

* Current student status
* Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) is a must-have
* Good written and spoken English & Polish

About the internship:

* Start date: 1st of August 2026
* Work in a modern office in Kraków
* 100% Office Work
* We expect availability 30 hours per week
