In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales & Commercial Excellence function in driving data-driven decision making and improving commercial performance. You will work closely with commercial stakeholders to structure business questions, analyze complex datasets, and translate insights into clear recommendations and executive-ready materials.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills while gaining exposure to commercial strategy, sales performance management, and data-driven decision making in a global healthcare technology company.

Your role:
* Structure business questions and perform analytical deep dives to support Sales & Commercial Excellence initiatives
* Conduct desk research and quantitative analysis to inform strategic and operational commercial decisions
* Extract, clean, and analyze commercial data from CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other internal sources
* Consolidate and reconcile multiple datasets to generate actionable business insights
* Develop reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools for commercial teams
* Prepare clear, structured presentations and insight summaries for internal stakeholders and leadership
* Contribute to improving reporting processes, data transparency, and ways of working

You're the right fit if:
* You are a Bachelor's or Master's student in Business, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, available minimum 30 hours per week
* You have strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
* You are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Qlik, or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
* You can translate data into clear insights and presentations for stakeholders
* You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
* You are fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
