Job Description

Your contribution to something big:
* Support in supplier management activities (This replaces "Supplier selection" to better reflect a support role);
* Processing market requests (RFQ - Request for Quotation).
* Quotation comparison (COQ) based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
* Administrative support for the current buyers, including:
* Preparing documents (e.g., checklists) for system update requests;
* Creating purchase orders for samples and tooling;
* Following up on requests for declarations of conformity;
* Contacting suppliers for data and document updates

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:
* Academic degree in Business Management, Economics, or similar area;
* High level of social and communication skills;
* Good analytical skills;
* Structured way of working;
* PC literate (e.g.: MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint)
* SAP knowledge is a plus;
* Fluent in English
