Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* eLearning Support: Support the replication and rollout of trainings using predefined eLearning templates and guidelines; Work with eLearning and multimedia authoring tools to create and update learning content
* Storyboarding: Support the maintenance of storyboards in line with project standards
* Content Quality: Be responsible for the correctness, completeness, and consistency of training materials; Perform consistent quality checks to ensure fulfillment of training standards and user friendliness
* Brand Compliance: Ensure compliance with Infineon design and brand guidelines
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders across locations and regions, building long-lasting working relationships

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in structured environments and is curious about learning design and knowledge transfer. You have a keen eye for detail and are curious, creative, reflective, and motivated to continuously learn and develop.

* Education: Have a degree in Multimedia, Communication, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
* Tools: Comfortable using PowerPoint; Experience with, or willingness to learn, e-learning and multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Tools and Articulate)
* Skills: Have strong writing and editing skills
* Working Style: You manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic project environment, while enjoying the collaboration with international stakeholders
* Experience: Previous experience in training, communication, or content development is considered a plus
* Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory); Knowledge of German is a plus Please apply with your CV in English.
