Quality & Food Safety Trainee

Description du poste:

Support daily activities related to food safety and quality within the plant Assist in updating and maintaining documentation in line with FSSC 22000 and other relevant standards Contribute to the digitalization and tracking of Q&FS KPIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and ensure Q&FS compliance Participate in Q&FS culture and engagement initiatives Support learning and development processes, with a focus on simplification and efficiency Assist in the execution of Q&FS strategies and continuous improvement projects

Profil requis du candidat:

Degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, or a related field Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Knowledge of Q&FS standards (IFS, BRC, FSSC 22000, Food Fraud, Food Defense) is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Good knowledge of Excel and digital tools Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment Team player with a collaborative mindset What We Offer Hands-on experience in a leading multinational FMCG company Exposure to real business challenges and projects A collaborative and supportive team environment Learning and development opportunities to kick-start your career
