Your mission will be…
* Assisting Support Functions Managers with planning and forecasting activities, gaining insights into budget cycles.
* Supporting the coordination of Support Functions budget and forecast preparation for Hub and Country organizations, ensuring data completeness and accuracy under guidance.
* Learning to monitor and analyze Support Functions costs (accounts/cost centers trends) and helping to clarify relevant deviations.
* Understanding how Support Functions costs are charged (e.g., for general cost, employee cost, travelling cost, etc.) and assisting in monitoring cost allocation and forecast evolution.
* Contributing to standard and specific reporting: preparing key data, scorecards, graphics, reports, and analyses, including initial comments and highlights, and supporting data maintenance.
* Participating actively in month-end closing activities, gaining practical experience in financial closing processes.
* Developing strong communication channels with entities within your responsibility area, fostering collaborative relationships.
We are looking for someone with…
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting - or other similar area.
* Eager to learn and develop a career in Financial Controlling.
* Fluent in English (a must for our international environment!).
* Familiar with or keen to learn SAP (any exposure is a plus, but not mandatory).
* Proficient in MS Office, with strong foundational knowledge and enthusiasm for mastering Excel.
* A natural communicator and a team player, ready to collaborate and share ideas.
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
* Dynamic, proactive, and takes initiative.
* Possesses strong analytical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to professional ethics.
* Excited to build and maintain professional relationships, both internally and externally.
