Job Description

Your contribution to something big:
* Support the creation and continuous maintenance of regional (Iberia, France, Italy and Africa) organizational charts in close collaboration with country leaders and HR;
* Assist in the end-to-end planning, coordination, moderation, and post-workshop activities for executive-level strategy workshops;
* Conduct strategic analysis of markets, distribution channels, and product portfolios to support the creation of strategic plans;
* Conceptualize and develop internal management frameworks, such as a new regional meeting cascade;
* Prepare and update presentations for senior leadership

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Management, Strategy, or a related field;
* Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills;
* Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint;
* Professional fluency in English;
* Proficiency in Spanish, French or Italian is a strong asset;
* Proactive, independent flexible and resilient with ability to manage tight deadlines and fluctuating workloads;
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
