Qualifications
High school or professional course related,
Ability to communicate in English, Knowledge of French is a Plus,
Good computer skills (MS Office),
Complex Numerical and Bureaucratic Aptitude;
Teamwork and time management skills.

Responsibilities
Be able to correctly perform all tasks in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning);
Support in launching invoices in ERP and follow-up of receptions;
Be able to manage requests for credits/debits to suppliers and forward them to the right contact;
Support the management of cash advances;
Support in the management of quantity and prices incongruities with internal departments and with suppliers;
Send invoices without reception in the system to the correspondents of each factory;
Archive invoices
