In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities
The SAP SuccessFactors Intern supports the HR technology consulting team in the implementation, configuration, testing, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This role is designed for students or recent graduates who want to build hands-on experience in HR systems, cloud applications, and consulting practices.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
Student or recent graduate in HR, Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field

Strong interest in HR systems and cloud-based applications

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred technical and professional experience
Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM

Exposure to HRIS, ERP, or SaaS platforms

Basic Excel skills (data analysis, validation)

Experience with documentation or testing activities
