Internship - DevOps Trainee

An exciting opportunity to work in the ever-changing Telecommunication Industry. As a member of Common Services & Infrastructure SCM Team, for our Mobile Network. You will be a part of a team whose objectives are to deliver in an environment where openness, trust and autonomy are encouraged, each team member selects the tasks to work on and exchanges daily with his/her team mates on the progress and challenges.
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
Duration: Part-time 6h/day
Location: Hybrid in Timisoara, Romania
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate for a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

What you will learn and contribute to:
* Designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing Continuous Integration (CI) automation tools for Nokia's software products
* Managing individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely project execution
* Gaining hands-on experience with Python, Bash, Linux, Git & SVN, cloud technologies, and Kubernetes (K8S)

Profil requis du candidat:

Must have:
* Experience with software development using one or more general programming languages (Java, C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, or Go)
* Strong willingness to contribute creative, out-of-the-box solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Experience with Linux and shell scripting
* Analytical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Nice to have:
* Familiarity with additional programming languages or frameworks
* Experience in high-pressure environments or managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
* Exposure to cloud technologies or containerization
