Together, we belong to something beautiful.As our UK business continues to grow, we are looking for a Legal Intern to join our Legal team, working closely with our Senior Legal Counsel. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal skills within a fast paced, international and stimulating in-house environment. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of 2026. The OpportunityAs our Legal Intern, you will gain hands on exposure to a broad range of legal matters supporting Sephora UK's business. You will partner with teams across the organisation, contributing to day to day legal activities while developing a strong foundation in commercial, regulatory and compliance focused work.This role offers real learning and the opportunity to grow alongside an experienced Senior Legal Counsel in a globally recognised organisation. You Will Also Be Responsible For:Keeping up to date with relevant legal and industry developments and sharing key updates with stakeholdersResearching a wide range of topics impacting Sephora UK, including advertising, commercial contracts, data protection, ethics and compliance, sustainability, intellectual property and real estateSupporting and advising internal teams such as Marketing, eCommerce, PR & Events, HR, Logistics, IT, Real Estate and FinanceAssisting with the review, drafting and negotiation of commercial contractsSupporting contract organisation, tracking and monitoring processesHelping to prepare reporting on legal activity and priorities What You'll LearnHands on in house legal experience within a fast growing UK businessExposure to a broad range of legal areas including contracts, consumer law, data protection and ethics & complianceOpportunities for training and development on emerging legal topicsCollaboration with legal colleagues in the UK and internationally across Sephora and the wider LVMH GroupThe chance to learn and develop alongside an experienced Senior Legal Counsel (15 PQE) What You'll BringA curious, proactive mindset with strong analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teamsA law degree (LLB, GDL or equivalent)Candidates who have completed or are pursuing the LPC or SQE are encouraged to applyAn interest or foundational knowledge in contract law, data protection and complianceStrong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with curiosity around AI and legal technologyEligibility to work in the UK Here, you will find:Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit.Culture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and leadWork that brings, fulfillment.
