Job Description

* Assisting in the design and implementation of logistic processes in the warehouse and manufacturing
* Supporting the analysis and improvement of existing logistic processes with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, costs, and customer satisfaction
* Monitoring key logistics performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement
* Assisting in the coordination of short-term process changes and non-standard activities
* Participating in the documentation of logistics processes, including work instructions and training materials
* Supporting the procurement planning of necessary equipment for process implementation
* Assisting in the implementation of corrective actions in case of deviations from standard processes
* Collaborating with different teams within the department to support logistics operations
* Providing support in resolving urgent production-related issues

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications

* Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc
* Advanced Excell skills
* Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage
* Proactive and structured work
* Good organizational and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork
* Fluency in English
