Our Opportunity:
The incumbent is to support the Agency business development team to expand their General Insurance distribution and achieved the planned sales targets.

Key Responsibility Areas:
* Assist the Business Development Managers in the preparation of sales reports, including Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports for intermediaries.
* Support the new business and policy renewals process, including case log, cover note and placement instructions.
* Act as a liaison between intermediaries and the policy management team to follow up on outstanding placement requirements.
* Support the planning and execution of recruitment, training and events.
* Support process transformation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
* Any other duties as required to facilitate and enhance the business development process.

Capabilities and Qualifications:
* Possess good interpersonal & communication skill, both written and spoken.
* Possess computer competency such as MS office software applications, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
* AI-Skills e.g. ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot an advantage.
* Highly motivated to develop and strengthen team relationship and serve extra mile.
