Job Description Summary

Job Description
* Work with interior Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders on the update of brand standards and design guidelines
* Compile and create technical benchmark for Student Accommodation projects
* Review and refine ISO procedures for management contracts and turnkey projects
* Conduct feasibility studies for new projects in Australia and Middle East
* Degree/Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
* Strong flair for designs and aesthetics
* Analytical & detailed individual with strong written and verbal communications skills
* Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-up
* Ability to commit full-time for at least 3 months
