Social Media & Content Creation Intern (ODD)

This intern will join the Organisation Development Department under the Human Resource Division. They will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communications and digital content creation for PSA's social media platforms. He/she will work closely with HR teams to enhance our digital presence and internal engagement strategies.

Job Description:
* Drive engagement with prospective hires via PSA's social media platforms
* Create and curate content that highlights company culture and employee achievements
* Edit and produce short-form video content for various platforms
* Design graphics and visual elements for social media posts and internal communications
* Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices
* Leverage social media channels as alternative engagement platforms for employees
* Support media productions for employee engagement and communications

Requirements:
* Able to commit minimally 3-months full-time internship
* Basic proficiency in filming and video editing on Capcut or any other apps/software
* Interest in content creation, designing of collaterals
* Detail-oriented
* Good communication skills
