Risk & Compliance Intern - Regional Credit Risk (Jan to May 2026)

Description du poste:

* Credit Strategy Development: Design and implement credit underwriting strategies and score cutoffs for retail and SME loans.
* Risk system : Drive the implementation on risk decisioning engineer for existing and new markets.
* Portfolio Analysis: Conduct assessments on asset quality, concentration risk, and industry exposure.
* Risk Reporting: Provide insights on portfolio performance, trends, and vendor metrics; support automation on risk reporting.
* Policy Development: Develop or support new framework or policy refinement for sustainable business growth.
* Country-Level Insights: Provide guidance to markets through deep-dive portfolio analysis and recommendations to enhance quality and profitability.
* Risk Tool Development: Collaborate on decision scorecards, ECL, and Basel models.
Key Projects/Markets
* Prepare risk reports and monitor portfolio performance, while streamlining and automating the report reconciliation process.
* Perform in-depth analysis to resolve data discrepancies. -Conduct monitoring on scorecard cutoff implementation

Profil requis du candidat:

* Must have Excel, PPT & SQL; good to have Python
* Strong data analytics skills; comfortable with deep-dive portfolio analytics.
* Clear, structured communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced, cross-market environment and handle multiple priorities.
* Full-time interns preferred, but part-time interns are also welcome to apply
