JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our impact to date 

EssilorLuxottica seeks a Business Analyst Intern to join the Global Mission Team, based in Singapore. This individual will work closely with Finance and the Business Teams to conduct data analysis to measure business performance and identify areas of improvements to the business.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

* Collaborate with Finance and Business global partners to create insightful dashboards and reports

* Support deep dive analysis into specific KPIs to transform complex information into simple and easily understandable visuals

* Develop financial models on current and new metrics that can help to drive the business forward

* Integrate existing accounting systems and data effectively, building a strong database through identifying, collating, reviewing and validating data sets to ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy

* Explore and utilise latest technology to find opportunities and suggest effective approaches towards improving current or develop new processes

* Support actual, forecast and budgeting exercises

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

* Currently studying with Business/Finance/Accounting specializing in Data Analytics

* Analytical ability and passion, business oriented and used to work with Microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, Power Query) and Python

* Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines

* Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills

* Positive and proactive attitude
