IT Intern (July - Dec 2026)

As an Intern - IT, you will play a crucial part in our mission to become the most trusted, customer-centric beauty company. You will support the marketing team in various functions, including branding, customer relationship management (CRM), and event planning. Your contributions will help ensure we continue to create high-quality products and services with a strong focus on responsible beauty.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* AI Integration & Innovation: Support AI and machine learning initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate these technologies into existing systems and processes.
* Champion Data Literacy: Drive user awareness and adoption of data analytics tools, reports and dashboard to generate insights to support decision-making.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to champion data-centric approaches and secure buy-in for AI initiatives. Participate in team meetings, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
* Performance Evaluation: Assist in tracking the performance of AI models and data analytics initiatives, helping the team optimize for accuracy and effectiveness.
* Documentation & Reporting: Support the documentation of workflows, findings, and methodologies to ensure clear communication across teams.
* Keep The Lights On : Support the operational and evolution of existing automations and RPA systems.
* Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title Intern - IT.

YOU HAVE:
* Able to commit to full-time internship for a duration of 6 months (July - Dec 2026)
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python or R, familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL
* Exposure to AI tools (eg: Microsoft Copilot) and BI tools (eg: QlikSense, Tableau) is a plus.
