GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.

Role Overview:
* Assist the NPI team in the preparation for, conduct of, and data documentation of process trials, repair source substantiation demonstrations.

Ideal Candidate:
* Proactive Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering graduates with strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering, drawings, and GD&T, who learn quickly, communicate well, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
* Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering is preferred.
* Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T, Technical Writing, Lean principles.
* Able to work independently with initiative, with good communication and collaboration skills.
* Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.
* Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively.
* Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed
