Intern - Grant Data Analysis

Description du poste:

We are looking for an intern to join our Incentive Management & Grant division from Jan-Jun 2026.

Project Scope
* Work with internal Digital Transformation Office team on the Robotic Process Automation for the automated monitoring of service levels to external stakeholders and its associated email notifications for grants claims processing.
* Be part of the Operations Data Analysis team to identify areas of improvement for processes and assist in the data cleansing scope covering updates.
* Assist with the data preparation and cleaning exercise for the upcoming AGO audit on grants claims. This will give the intern an opportunity to understand how audits are conducted in government agencies and what is needed to ensure compliance in IMG Grants Operations.

Learning Outcomes
* Gain appreciation on how IMDA grant claims are processed within Incentive Management & Grant team and drive efficiency in grant operations where applicable.
* Gain hands-on experience in data analytics process.

Requirements
* Data analytics programming skills using Python, excel macros.
* Strong analytical skills.
