Job Description

Responsibilities

* Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to tenant management

* Assist in the preparation and updating of reports and presentation slides

* Carry out market research and data analysis in preparation for the Asset Plan

* Support in lease documentation and paperwork, filing and archiving of documents

* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

* Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately

* Detail-oriented, meticulous and willing to learn
