Intern - Engagement and Events (PDP Week)

Description du poste:

We are looking for an intern to join our Ecosystem Development & Engagement division from May-Jul 2026.

Project Scope
* Project coordination and events support for the flagship PDP Week e.g. vendors management, designing and communication of marketing collaterals
* Planning and execution of webinars and activities to build data governance and responsible data use competencies among data protection officers (DPOs)
* Engaging stakeholders to design and execute practical workshops with partners and communities of practice
* Digitalisation/Knowledge Management for engagement team

Learning Outcomes
* Gain experience in large-scale end-to-end events planning and execution
* Develop skills in project management, task prioritisation and content curation in the data governance space
* Understand engagement strategies and gain experience in stakeholder management
* Build competency in data management and communication skills

Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Critical thinking skills - ability to analyse different sources of information and formulate sound recommendations
* Comfortable with gathering, processing and reporting data
