Job Description

Responsibilities
* Business development prospecting by assisting with cold calling for new prospects and Leasing enquiries
* Assist in market research and data collection to plan and execute the intended Trade mix
* Assist in the preparation of presentation slides and Excel data entry/analysis
* Assist in administrative work when required
* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Basic knowledge of real estate principles
* Strong numerical skills are an advantage
* Keen interest in the F&B/Retail/Entertainment industry
