Job Description
Responsibilities
* Assist in developing sales strategies to retain and attract new clients
* Understand the potential client's requirements and recommend suitable workspaces and conduct viewings
* Create engaging content for our social media platforms to showcase our co-working space
* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our various marketing platforms
* Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for promotional activities and events
* Facilitate the on/off-boarding process for clients
* Assist in day-to-day operations and inquiries to ensure the smooth operations of the co-working space
* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Business, Media & Communications, Hospitality and Event Management, or any other related disciplines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
* Good interpersonal skills and approachable
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and assist in creating a collaborative community
* Familiar with social media platforms and content creation tools
