Description du poste:
* Support the end-to-end product lifecycle of LLM-based user and item features - from requirement analysis, research validation, to rollout and iteration.
* Conduct LLM research benchmarking and work with algorithm teams to bring feature concepts into production.
* Define evaluation criteria and participate in quality assessment of LLM-generated features.
* Understand needs across traffic surfaces (Search, Recommendation, Food, Chat) and help translate scenario requirements into feature roadmaps.
* Analyze A/B experiment results with downstream teams, identify issues, and propose actionable strategy iterations.
* Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Algorithm, and Business teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
Profil requis du candidat:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Product, or related fields.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for LLMs, AI products, and data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in a fast-moving environment.
* Bonus: familiarity with search/recommendation systems, LLM evaluation, or A/B testing.
* Full-time interns preferred
* Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
* Minimum commitment is 3 months, January-April
